Refund policy

Applicable to online and in-store purchases. A separate cancellation policy applies to our catering services.

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders over $600 require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

To cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us by phone or email at hello@yayayumboards.com and include your order number.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Orders over $600 may be issued store credit depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process.

Order changes or rescheduling requests must also be made within the applicable cancellation window and are subject to availability.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at YaYaYum Boards’ discretion.
