Now Hiring: Part-Time Team Members

We’re looking for dependable, part-time team members to join YaYaYum Boards and ideally grow with us through the year and into our busy holiday season. While we know life changes, we’re especially excited to connect with people looking for something consistent and long-term.

Current Needs as of January 2026

  • Grapevine

    • 1 team member available most Saturdays and/or Sundays

     

  • Dallas

    • 2 team members available most Saturdays and/or Sundays

    • 1–2 team members with regular weekday availability (late mornings to afternoons,2 days a week minimum)

    Weekend availability is a big plus and strongly preferred.

About the Role

As a team member, you’ll help with:

  • Preparing and assembling boards
  • Assisting customers in-store and over phone
  • Restocking and prep work
  • Keeping workspaces clean and organized
  • Supporting workshops and busy weekends

No charcuterie experience is required — we’ll train you.

Who This Is a Good Fit For

This role is best for someone who:

  • Is friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working with food and people
  • Is comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to ~ 50 lbs
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is ideally able to stay on through fall and holiday months (October–December)

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time hours (typically 6-hour shifts)
  • Starting pay $12–$14/hr + tips
  • Tips often increase hourly pay
  • Holiday shifts may include time-and-a-half
  • Flexible scheduling with advance notice
