Classic Selection

A rotating mix of our most-loved cheeses, paired with premium meats and accoutrements.

• Cheeses: Manchego, Gouda, Aged Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar (3–7 cheeses depending on board size).

• Meats: Peppercorn Salami, Italian Dry Salami, Soppressata, and/or Prosciutto.

• Accoutrements: Fig Jam, Honey, Cornichons, Olives, Fresh Fruit, Nuts.

Selections vary — not every board will include all listed cheeses.

Deluxe Selection

Inspired by seasonal flavors, perfect for adventurous foodies seeking new tastes.

• Cheeses: Chef’s choice — constantly evolving with unique varieties like Merlot Cheddar, Cranberry or Blueberry Goat Cheese, Drunken Goat, Mimolette, Port Salut, Horseradish Cheddar, Explosion Gouda, ChilChego, Tomato Basil, Apple Walnut Smoked Cheddar, plus classics like Brie and Aged Cheddar.

• Meats: Peppercorn Salami, Italian Dry Salami, Soppressata, and/or Prosciutto.

• Accoutrements: Seasonal Jam, Honeycomb, Cornichons, Olives, Fresh Fruit, Nuts.

Cheeses rotate throughout the season, so not all will appear on every board.

Football Theme (72-hour notice required for custom colors)

Bring the flavor to game day! Boards feature a rotating cheese selection with football toppers and sweet-and-spicy game day vibes.

• Custom team color schemes available with 72 hours’ notice.

• If no team is specified, we’ll create our signature football theme.

• Red, White & Navy Blue: SMU

• Orange & White: UT, OSU

• Yellow & Green: Baylor

Dimensions & Serving Sizes

• Mini: Serves 2 as a heavy app, or 4 as a light app. (9" x 9" tray with lid — best for travel, stackable, fits in a cooler bag.)

• Small: Serves 4–6 as a heavy app, or 7–10 as a light app. (10" x 15" YaYaYum Boards branded wooden tray.)

• Medium: Serves 10–14 as a heavy app, or 15–20 as a light app. (15" x 20" YaYaYum Boards branded wooden tray.)

• Large: Serves 20 as a heavy app, or up to 40 as a light app. (18" x 26" YaYaYum Boards branded wooden tray — may not fit in standard refrigerators; plan pickup/delivery time accordingly.)
