• Mini: Serves 2 (heavy) or 4 (light) — 9" x 9" tray with lid; travel-friendly & cooler-safe.
• Small: Serves 4–6 (heavy) or 7–10 (light) — 10" x 15" custom wooden tray.
• Medium: Serves 10–14 (heavy) or 15–20 (light) — 15" x 20" custom wooden tray.
• Large: Serves 20 (heavy) or up to 30 (light) — 18" x 26" custom wooden tray. Note: may not fit in a standard refrigerator.
