FAQ

What's included in the rental props?

Our assortment of serving ware, including risers, crates, and cake stands, is designed to create a dynamic tablespace. Our team will deliver these props to your location and provide drop-off instructions with a container to place used props in. We kindly request that you wipe down the props, as we'll sanitize them upon return to our storefront. All rental props will need to be returned within the 7 days of your event.

What time do you arrive for setup, and how do we maintain freshness?

It's important for you to let us know the exact time you plan on serving the table so we can make sure the items on the table stay fresh for as long as possible. Depending on the size of the table, we will arrive between 1-2 hours before serving time to start setting up. We will aim to have the table completed 20 minutes prior to your event.

What if my event start time changes?

Please reach out to us immediately if your event start time changes. We will most likely be able to accommodate a small time change, but in the event that we have other tables booked for the same day, we may not be able to.

Do you stay, serve guests, and top off the table as it’s being eaten?

We do not stay after the grazing table has been assembled. Everything we bring with us will be used to assemble the grazing table for the selected serving size.

Do you come back to clean up the table?

We do not come back to clean up the table. Apart from rental props, everything on our grazing tables is disposable. Please reach out to us if you are interested in having someone come back to clean up for an additional fee.

How long does the table stay fresh?

According to FDA guidelines, cheeses can be safely consumed for up to four hours at room temperature, while charcuterie meats can last about two hours. If the table is in a warmer room, in direct sunlight, or outside in warmer temperatures, we recommend leaving everything out for less time.

Can I set up the grazing table outside?

Yes! Please note that we are not liable for inclement weather, natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. We assume no responsibility for degradation of food quality or the presence of insects due to outdoor temperature. If is highly recommended that tables be set up out of direct sunlight. An indoor or covered backup plan for the table is highly encouraged.

If we're using the table as the main meal, what size should we choose?

We recommend opting for one size larger if you plan to serve the table as the main meal.

Can we choose the meats and cheeses on the grazing table?

While we typically curate crowd-favorite selections, we're happy to accommodate specific requests based on availability and seasonality. Just let us know your preferences!

How much notice is required for a grazing table?

We require a minimum of 10 days’ notice for grazing tables. You are always welcome to reach out if it’s less than 10 days to see if we have availability. There will be a 15% expedited fee added to tables booked with less than a week’s notice.

Can I make changes to the size of the grazing table if it’s already booked?

In most instances, yes! Please reach out to us immediately (with a minimum of 3 days out) if you’d like to go up/down a size or make any other changes to your order.
