We bring risers, crates, and stands for display. You'll return them within 7 days—just give them a wipe, and we’ll sanitize after.
We arrive 1–2 hours before your serving time and aim to finish 20 minutes before guests arrive.

No, we assemble and leave. The table is self-serve Clean up is not included unless requested for an additional fee. Most items are disposable—only rentals need returning.

Yes, but we’re not liable for weather, bugs, or heat. A shaded or indoor backup is strongly recommended.

Your grazing table includes a thoughtfully curated spread featuring 8 to 15 crowd-favorite cheeses such as aged cheddar, gouda, brie, manchego, boursin, and jalapeño cheddar—all labeled with name tags for easy identification. It’s paired with 4 to 7 pork-based charcuterie meats (alternatives available upon request), a vibrant mix of seasonal fresh and dried fruit, fresh herbs, pickles, olives, assorted jams and honey, a bread bowls with in-house dips like pimento cheese, a variety of crackers, nuts, and bamboo pinchers for self-serve ease.
